All of our products are made to order and personally customized just for you — which means each piece is one of a kind.

Because every item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders.

However, we've got you covered if we made a mistake.

If your order arrives with an error on our part — such as the wrong name, initials, font, color, or a defect in the product — we will remake or replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details, and we'll make it right.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect information entered by the customer at checkout
  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences

Before you order, please double-check all spelling, initials, and customization details — we produce your item exactly as it's submitted.
